KiT Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

KiT (“the app”) is an interval-training timer developed by Unremarkable Games. This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: KiT does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Everything stays on your device and in Apple Health.

Information the app does not collect

KiT has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. The app does not send your information to us or to anyone else. There are no servers involved; the app has no network component for your data.

Workouts you create

The workouts you build (durations, round counts, names, and sound/haptic settings) are stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app removes this data.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, KiT records your completed interval sessions to Apple Health so they count toward your Activity rings, and on Apple Watch it reads heart rate and active energy during a session to log the workout. This data is managed by Apple Health under your control and your device’s privacy settings.

You can review or revoke KiT’s Health access at any time in the Health app under Sharing -> Apps, or in Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Health.

Notifications and Lock Screen

KiT uses the system Alarms/Live Activity feature to show your interval countdown on the Lock Screen. This runs on-device and involves no personal data collection.

Children

KiT does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy
